TOPIC 1. Identity Politics and The New Genetics.
Choose any 3 chapters from the book Identity Politics and The New Genetics (except chapter 1, so that one doesn’t count any more) and do a presentation about them. There are chapters 2-8, just pick 3 of them. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO READ ALL OF CHAPTERS 2-8. JUST PICK 3 CHAPTERS AND WRITE ABOUT THEM. Your presentation would be a report on those articles, showing mastery of their arguments, and educating the viewer about how they defend their views.
You should have at least 6 quotes in total. Two quotes from each article.

Have an intro, a clever way to capture attention.
Have a clear sense of the main points you want to cover.
Have a conclusion.
Excitement.
Although this is a formal presentation, don’t be afraid to be engaging. Formal means prepared, not dry. As yourself this: “What kind of presentation would I want to listen to?”
Let your personality come out. If you are nerdy, play it up. If you have a dark sense of humor, let it show. If you are bubbly and sunny, that too. Be yourself, what I am mostly looking for is a thought-out presentation.
