Imagine you are implementing this project spoken about in the article in your hospital facility of employment. Prior to launching the QI project you develop a CET (conceptual– theoretical– empirical (CTE)) structure.

1. Create a structure where you identify a conceptual model, theories (this should include a methodological theory as well) and empirical methods.
2. This should be submitted as a flow chart design.
3. Each piece of the CET structure should be identified ( SEE SAMPLE ASSIGNMENT IN ATTACHMENTS)
4. Also provide a 1 page double spaced summary of the conceptual model and methodological theory and how they will inform the QI project
