Write an essay before the due date and the teacher sent you this to revise you essay to an A: After reading over your essay, it looks pretty good overall. There is one thing that would help it be stronger though, which is being more clear and precise about exactly what question you are asking. Clearly you’re discussing the topic of academic dishonesty, but at times it seems like you’re looking at it from the perspective of why it’s wrong to engage in, and at times from the perspective of what a teacher should do if they suspect their student of doing it. Those are related issues, and they’re both interesting, but you want to be sure you frame your discussion so that you move between sub-topics in a way that looks deliberate. You don’t want your reader to suspect that you may have lost track of what you were originally trying to talk about. Does that make sense? Other than that, it looks solid. Feel free to let me know if you have additional questions. My essay will be uploaded as a PDF if you can fix it up that would be great.
