Summarize and describe intersectionality/intersection theory, and why it is important.
Identify your own social location using intersectionality. Identify at least 4 characteristics from these: race, ethnicity, social class, sex, gender, age, ability status, and sexuality.
Identify another social location from your own using intersectionality, and explain how privilege, prejudice, discrimination, stereotypes, immigration status, or other inequality is evident for that social location within our society.
In your own words, apply one sociological perspective (Chapter 1) to intersectionality, then define, cite, and apply as many terms as applicable from the lesson and course content to your analysis.
