You are employed by a small firm, Pickmeup, that deals with the logistics of transporting fresh food from farms and harbours to supermarkets. You work in an office environment with a team of six other people. There has recently been a change in management, and the CEO has introduced a new policy regarding Covid-19 vaccinations. The mandate is now that, to continue working for the firm, every employee must be fully vaccinated. You are aware of two colleagues who have not been vaccinated but are extremely valuable additions to the team. Senior management have agreed to a discussion regarding this new vaccination policy. What position would you argue?
1. Your argumentative essay should be 2.5 to 3 pages in length (650 – 750 words), 12 point font, Arial, double line spacing.
2. Your essay will be assessed according to the rubric available on ClickUP. (To be posted closer to the due date with the Turnitin link.)
3. This assignment will be marked out of 100, and is weighted as 30% of your semester mark for module LST 110.
4. You will need to submit your essay via Turnitin.
