3. Focus on Ethical Analysis and Legal Analysis
4. Don’t use more than 1 pages to write Introduction
5. Don’t use more than 1 pages to write Case Description
6. Write Ethical Analysis for 3.5 pages.
7. Write a Legal Analysis for 3.5 pages.

Really important for the Ethical Analysis part***

1. The business Ethic we need to use for this paper is The Stakeholder theory

2. Stakeholder Theory: An act is ethical if it creates value for stakeholders.
Organize by key stakeholders and analyze how value is created/destroyed for each. Organize by stakeholders
impacted.
Focus on the costs and benefits to different Stakeholders. Ethical decisions must create net benefits.
Organize by stakeholders impacted, you should analyze at least 5(Five) stakeholders that related to the case!

Really important for the Legal Analysis part***

1. Devote the final section to the legal analysis, please describe what the law entails, how the law is usually applied, and how the law applies to your case (or doesn’t apply). If no laws directly
apply, look for similar laws or policies and talk about how the laws might be extended (or not)
