Aristotle discusses friendship (books 8 & 9). In book 9 ch.4, he determines five features of a genuine friendship? What are they? Among them, friends should make the same choices, as our good friend is the other half of us (IV9, 1170b6-7). Do you agree that friends should be so harmonious as Aristotle says? Do they need to make same choices, e.g. have the same/similar attitudes towards (important) issues? There have been quarrels among good friends regarding the different political opinions. Are they no more friends?
