National Center for Biotechnology Information which is a part of the United
States Library of Medicine (NLM) which is a branch of the National Institutes
of Health (NIH)). (3) Read the article,
“Blue Zones: Lessons from the World’s Longest Lived.” (4) Finally, answer the

contribute to your happiness. Are these things part of the Blue Zones

you are looking forward to and makes you feel grateful? What is a simple pleasure that you are
grateful for? What is something that you
feel grateful to have today that you did not have a year ago? Write about a happy memory that makes you
