Write a paper on the effects of Studying the effect of electrodes on the electrical impedance measurement of meat.Electrical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) technology in meat quality assessment has been
developed through various studies. In the previous study, a system for
measuring the electrical impedance spectrum of meat was successfully developed.
In this study, two different types of electrodes were developed and applied in
measuring the electrical impedance spectrum of meat, namely electrodes made
from surgical sewing needles and electroacupuncture needles. Both kind of electrodes are used in the medical field, but the
measurement results on the same system show a clear difference in the
measurement results. This shows that the choice of electrode to use for a
particular measurement needs to be carefully chosen. In the future, the
research and development of measuring electrodes, which are applied to measure
the electrical impedance of pork, which the research team is focusing on, will
be further researched to come up with the most suitable and standard
electrodes. with future measurements..
