“A lot of slide reading with little supportive discussion. You are highlighting points…but not providing the assessment of them. What does this all mean for your organization in particular? These should not be general points or recommendations, but focused analysis on your situation in particular. The endstate should be a clear recommendation for your organization to mitigate risks to your business. While you have a slide that captures this, the recommendations are very broad and typically things that an organization is doing…what are the specifics based on what has occurred and been assessed over the course?”
