Studies evaluated by participating companies for creation of the White Paper “The
Case for Green Infrastructure”.

A. Analyze the data provided in the case study and enrich them following
literature review and your own judgement to reach an overview of the
project Scope of work, Objectives and Benefits.
B. Based on the information provided, further research and your own
perspective, prepare a Work Break-down Structure (WBS) to identify key
activities and high-level project phasing using a Gantt chart to address
time management. You may include assumptions to generate key project
phases and activities. Use the appropriate project management tool, e.g.,
MS-Project, to present WBS, project phases, milestones, and
deliverables.
C. Identify key project stakeholders (project internal and external) that may
influence or be affected by the project outcomes, decisions, or activities.
List down all possible stakeholders and propose ways to avoid conflict with
2 internal and 2 external ones.
D. Within the boundaries of Risk Management, based on case study data for
“Risks/Challenges” and information identified through research and
similar projects, execute a thorough analysis, and present the relevant risk
assessment and handling for 3 risks.
E. Develop the project Quality Policy and the Quality Objectives for the key
activities identified above by evaluating case study material.
