DISCUSSION TOPIC:
Chapter 5 and 6 discuss business forms and the components of a business plan in detail (see the SBA link to business plans in the “Readings” folder). Come up with an idea for a business that you would want to create and obtain funding. You can create a lean startup or a full business plan. Explain some advantages of each plan. Which plan would be right for you? If you were an investor, which sections would be critical for you to make a commitment to invest in to the plan? Explain your answer.
