my professore provided us with (THEY ARE LABLED EXAMPLES IN THE FILES)

In the example paper it starts off with a little information about the person in this case of my paper **myself** I have included a document with the basic information for you to start the paper off.

I have also also attach a few questionnaires that we had to fill out individually about our self throughout the semester. We have to incorporate some of our answers from each questionaire i posted into the paper.

This assignment may seem a little tough because it’s about me personally but I feel like someone that is outgoing and caring can write as if they are writing about themselves and I will just use it like I’m writing about me. So basically right about yourself incorporate some of my answers from the questionnaire and I think will be good to go because this professor has never met me only read my answers to the questionnaires.

I also have attached a Rubicfor this as well as the leader ship plan guide to walk you through what she’s looking
for the most important part is that this is written in third person and it’s not a case history it is a CASE STUDY.
The example she gave you a guide on the flow of it.
