Analyze the film The Sandlot for examples of leadership, change, and teamwork as we have discussed them in this class. What if?
Compare and contrast the two case studies: what can you find about The Sandlot in the “A” Game? What can you find about the “A” Game” in The Sandlot?
Your paper should be 4 pages Total-2 pages per Case Study 1 and 2 pages for Case Study 2. = 100 pts each a case study for 200 points overall
One paper-4 page include the questions and identify in your papers what did you observe and assess? What if?
How were they solved?

Did you observe leadership, change, conflict, teamwork, and innovation?
How do they compare?

What happened that you recognize and how was it resolved?
What if “fear” wasn’t a factor how would the outcome change?

What if……the story changed, and how could it change?
Use your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze what was happening in both and how a positive outcome can be or was delivered. Assess these case studies from the Leadership’s eyes.
