Stemming from your learning within EDD 800, and EDD 805, and informed by current organizational theories, and by conducting a search of organizational websites, work in a team to conduct Participatory Action Research Project:
Investigate an organizational innovation within the last 5 years;
Describe the innovation, its contribution to human learning, and how it is used within the organization;
Describe its innovative influence (both internal, and external) as related to the organization;
Describe the process of its creation and implementation. (To what problem, or design of practice, was the innovation intended to respond?)
Include a list of the websites searched and visited;
