This chapter mentioned 4 regional organizing models (investor, family, keiretsu, co-determination) and discussed the strategic and managerial advantages as well as the potential drawbacks of each. Choose two of these 4 models and compare and contrast them with each focusing on the strengths and weaknesses. Also state which of the two models you chose that you would to personally prefer to work in and why.
Use the EBSCO databases and Google to find 2-3 quality sources and write 2-3 double-spaced pages in APA format to provide your brief analysis as indicated above. Use the videos in the Watch section to get started. On your References page (the last page of your paper but not counted as part of the 2-3-page requirement) include at least one source other than the videos if you decide to use them. (In other words, make sure all your sources are not the videos.) Refer to and cite your sources. Use the APA material at the top of the course site to help with formatting.
