First, argue a thesis comparing/contrasting two characters from any two literary works that you’ve read this week. Your initial post should be posted by 11:59 p.m. Wednesday and is worth up to 50 points.
Criteria:
250 words minimum (excluding quotations and citations)
Follow APA style, including a properly formatted references page entry for each work cited at the bottom of your initial post.
Include two properly integrated and cited quotations (one from each work) to support your claims. You may use either direct or paraphrased quotes. See the Literary Analysis Tools Modules in Weeks 1 and 2 for information about integrating and citing quotes.
Next, respond to one classmate by comparing and contrasting your peer’s response to the reading this week to your own. How are they similar? How are they different? What did you learn from your peer’s posts? Your response to your peer is due by 11:59 p.m. Saturday and is worth up to 25 points.
