Chapter 1 talks about the idea of each of us having a unique worldview, one that has been shaped by our experiences, our beliefs, and our own personal values. For our first discussion assignment, I want you to interact with a few questions in your post.
In what ways do your religious beliefs influence your worldview? If you don’t see yourself as religious or you don’t adhere to a particular religious system, how do your personal values affect your day-to-day decision-making?
As time progresses, our worldviews tend to evolve as our ideas develop and the world around us changes. What is a personal belief or conviction that you hold now that is contrary to a belief or conviction that you used to hold 10 or 20 years ago?
