Quantitative Analysis Plan: 2 Pages
Using the Qualtrics survey that we
created, develop an analysis plan:
a. Give a one-paragraph introduction to the topic that you are researching.
b. Choose one dependent variable and five independent variables from the survey.
Say:
1) what they are (in words, not question numbers)
c. 2) provide the response categories (these come directly from the survey)
d. 3) state the level of measurement:
• Tell me what your hunches (hypotheses) are about how your independent
variables are related to your dependent variable (five hypotheses, one per
independent variable);
• Describe the univariate statistics that you would use to analyze the data (for
each of your six variables, will you use a mean, median, mode and/or percentage
to summarize your data?):
• Describe the crosstab you will run on the variables.
