Compare and contrast the different Michigan landscapes experienced by the teenagers in each story. Reflect upon the the settings in which each story takes place. Contemplate the videostreams and readings in this course —other than these two films — and consider your own experiences as well, as you ponder how people in different places experience life in Michigan and the opportunities that are presented to people of privilege, and those that are made available to those that are members of marginalized communities. Write an essay of no less than 1000 words describing your relating what you’ve learned.
