This is a case study and research on the diagnosis of my client.

Project” for complete, detailed instructions. Please open and utilize information from the other files regarding information to be used on my client. There will be attached all my progress notes as well as the treatment plans (2) on my
client.**
Follow and complete every section needing to be done IN DETAIL within the capstone instructions.
Again information on client is found within my progress notes and case study which repeats information from treatment plans
and progress notes. Do not make up infromation about me or my client. If you have questions PLEASE ASK ME but do not
assume or this will raise suspicion as my instructors know me and my high level of writing closely.
Regarding sources: at least 10 sources; however, at least 5 are needing to be analyzed. Evaluate the quality of the research
methods in each one.

2) What the client will need to keep an eye out on afterwards
