Why do you want to persue a dental career?
Some things to know about me:
-I am a Cuban immigrant, I left Cuba when I was 6 then to Cancun Mexico until I was 14 and the I moved to the united States. Coming to the US and being an immigrant has been very challenging but it has not stopped me from persuing my dreams.
_ I played several sports when I was younger, soccer, tennis, dance and swimming. I also did swimming competitively in highschool wher I was the female team captain.
– I also have been awarded with several scholarships and the principals honor roll.
-I have gained dental experience through shadowing at three different dental clinics.
– I am a biology major and will graduate this fall.
– I currently work at a medical research clinic as a study coordinator assistant.
– I have retail experince, which has helped me obtain cutomer service skills.
– I have always wanted to be a dentist because I want to become a skilled professional who can give back to society while being rewarded for my skills. Also my mom has had really bad dental experiences so I have always witness her struggle. That is why one day I want to help people and not make them go through the same thing.
