Everything you need to know about the topic and the formatting is in the atachements. You can take some liberties in how you approach the subject. The main criteria for me are:
– Sticking to the actual topic
– Scientific approach/no plagiarism
– Use of credible sources (only scientific literature)
– Good command of English
If the job is done properly, I am willing to add an extra tip for the author (up to 100$ depending on the quality). The whole thing is based on trust. If I can trust you to do a good job here, you can trust I will pay extra for the job (I don’t mind given the circumstances).
