Developing a Change Project – Part I
The change project topic is NURSING SHORTAGES. Identify why this a problem
(provide details). Identify the stakeholders (both internal and
external) and summarize the benefits of the change project as well as
the benefits and challenges associated with internal and external
stakeholders.
