Developing Interventions & Influencing Behaviour

In Singapore’s context, Critically evaluate theories and models that attempt to explain
factors that influence
individual and organisational change. Finish with an evidenced set of recommendations to
a small, medium or large enterprise, or an organisation you are
familiar with, regarding pitfalls to avoid and best practice to employ when undergoing a
period of change.

* i have attached one case study and information from it must be used as one reference at least.

Marking Criteria
1. Introduction (5%)
2. Critically evaluate individual and organisational change theories (20%)
3. Develop arguments that highlight their strengths and weaknesses (20%)
4. Develop a set of recommendations, appropriate for the size of organisation,
supported by the most current evidence (20%)
5. Demonstrate evidence of extensive background reading and the use of peer
reviewed literature (20%)
6. Conclusion (10%)
7. Use an appropriate structure, grammar and referencing of sources in Harvard
referencing style(5%)
