What concerns should the United States have with the potential of illegal aliens bringing diseases such as TB, hepatitis, and other public health concerns across the border with them?

southern states that border Mexico have a significant problem dealing with the influx of illegal aliens crossing the border daily. Arizona reports that at least 1200 people illegally cross the border daily. There are people from South America, Middle East, Europe, and Asia crossing the southern border as well as the Mexican citizens. Many diseases could enter this country and start spreading among the population as these illegal aliens come into contact with other people in this country.
