This week, you will be conducting the second half of a SWOT analysis with your selected organization. With this analysis, your focus should primarily be internal opportunities and external threats. Keep in mind that new things will emerge each week as you analyze this organization.
For this part of the environmental scan, please make sure you include an introduction in the first paragraph. Restate the organization selected and incorporate the issue you are addressing before proceeding with the SWOT analysis and review of your findings.
The information gathered will be added to the previous research you have uncovered. All the information and data gathered will be used in the presentation developed at the end of this course. The presentation and final paper will be deliverables you would prepare if you were actually presenting back to the senior leadership team of the company who hired you to do the consulting.
