Which leadership style do you use the most often and why? (Democratic because I believe in collective efficacy and that everyone can contribute.) In what areas, if any… have you adapted your
leadership style since the creation of your Personal Professional Development Plan?(Being more Managerial
(Bureaucratic/Transactional): to model and ensure tasks are done efficiently and in a timely order by all

My leadership style is democratic.
•Democratic (Participative) :encourages staff to be part of decision making, keeps staff informed about
everything that affects their work and shares decision making and problem solving responsibilities.
