I’ve written a draft already, please focus on my achievements( volunteering in dentistry, shadowing, 6 years of tutoring and teaching experience in math and science for multiple companies, dental assisting and involved in various pre dental clubs in my university and being a board member in a sorority)
then talk about my poor performance in my first major( computational and systems biology at UCLA) and the reason for that was working full time and taking care of my family, I took some high level math and computer science courses that were so challenging because I wanted to challenge myself and work hard so I decided to major in hard science major that I was interested in but I struggled at the begining after I transferred to UCLA but I didn’t give up I tried to work harder, then I switched my major to biology and I had an upward trend in my GPA as I trying much more and then I did a masters program at USC and took some post bacc classes in community college to boost my GPA and show my capability in doing well in science courses both in undergrad and graduate level.
