The assignment should be structured in the following format:
(1) a 1500–2000-word literature review that draws upon appropriate organisational behaviour and collaborative leadership theories concerning the development of a collaborative project, e.g. a new joint venture, organisational merger, or even an organisational close down;
(2) a 1500-word case study example that is relevant to the student’s own change management experiences. Students will be able to draw on their organisational experiences in conjunction with the literature.
(3)a short 500 word critical reflection about how these issues and experiences might impact their future leadership thinking and strategic decision-making.
