Each student will interview two leaders from his/her organization.
Due Week 4.
Questions include (but not limited to):
Describe your organization
Discuss your role and responsibilities as a leader in this organization
Describe how you motivate others to perform
What traits, skills, characteristics do you feel are critical if you are to be a leader in this organization? Why?
Each doctoral student will write a 5 page paper emphasizing the strengths of each leader and your analysis of their leadership style.
