Once you have read through the readings, choose a company that has practiced “disruptive technologies” in the last five years. Then respond to the following questions
*Respond to the following questions:-
*Discuss how the company you have chosen was able to gain a competitive advantage. Discuss the company’s value proposition and how it successfully gained an advantage.
*Identify and describe some of the technology innovations that the company was able to exploit and how these innovations contributed to competitive advantage.
*How is the company an example of disruptive innovation today? Using the LIRC and the internet, research the concept of “disruptive innovation” and then discuss how the company fits the model of disruptive innovation. Consider what role technology played in achieving the disruptive innovation that provided the company with a competitive advantage.

In the next unit. you will be preparing a paper based on this case study, you will be required to incorporate some of the feedback you receive in this discussion.
