2. What is the role of ethics in communication across cultures?
3. How can the concept of noise (and which type of noise specifically?) and any of the two models of communication be used to explain why people from different cultures/religions and with different gestalts/ideologies/worldviews misunderstand each other?
4. How can the aforementioned and other concepts discussed in Chapter 1 help us overcome radical cultural/religious and political differences and build a healthier global society?
