Research Paper
1. Identify Topic. (medical condition chosen)
2. Discuss signs and symptoms of the medical condition
3. Discuss medical interventions needed for the child to promote health.
4. Create an IEP. Identify those components which will enhance the child’s
learning.
5. Identify community and national supports for the child/family to maintain
quality of life.
6. Write the paper in MLS or APA format. (Contact the writing center if you
have issues writing the paper.)
7. Paper should be 3-5 double-spaced pages long.
The IEP will be attached in a file to be completed.
