Explain why human rights are lacking in some countries but not in others? Why human rights do not spread in certain regions of the world specifically, in southern nations? If the idea of human rights is purposely not enforced in lacking southern countries because of an economic or industrial reason( or another reason). If human rights are only a western idea that other nations don’t believe in. Why human rights should be a universal principle for every person no matter social class, wealth, creed, or nationality?
