For this essay, you need to discuss whistleblowing and cyberethics. Here is a brief outline:

1.) You first need to define whistleblowing.
2.) Address certain situations that lead people to be whistleblowers or why people blow the whistle.
3.) Discuss the ethics behind whistleblowing. (This is the main focus).
4.) Examine some well-known cases of whistleblowing such as Edward Snowden and Bradley Manning, now Chelsea Manning.
5.) Discuss the circumstances that lead them (above examples) to be whistleblowers and the events following such as consequences to the whistleblower and anyone affected.
6.) Explain any current protections or laws that are in place for whistleblowers. Discuss any changes you propose to current laws.
7.) Finally, discuss when someone can whistle blow and how you can do so anonymously.

You may use resources from a University Online Library, any library, government library, or any peer-reviewed reference (Wikipedia and any other publicly-reviewed source is not accepted). The paper must be double-spaced, 1″ margin all around, black 12 point fonts (Times New Roman or Arial) with correct citations of all utilized references/sources, (pictures, graphics, etc are extra – allowed but extra for the minimum page count). The title page and references are also required but don’t count in the minimum page count. A minimum of 10 references are needed.
The paper will be subjected to checking against plagiarism. The paper must follow acceptable originality criteria (no more than 15% max total, and 2% per individual source match are allowed).
