Fairness

It has to have minimum 300 words, these are the questions that needs to be answer with the document that i will post.
Attached is a document entitled, ‘A Manager’s Checklist for Fairness’. Consider a time when you made a decision or changed a policy that affected someone else at work. (If you can’t identify anytime like this then think of a time when you were affected by a policy change or decision). Evaluate the items on this checklist for how they apply to the situation you’ve identify. What elements of fairness were present? What elements of fairness were absent? Are there elements of fairness that are difficult to implement as a manager? Was the outcome influenced by fairness? How is fairness related to worker motivation? No plagiarism please.
