Competency

*I need to write a competency on “Knowledge of Community and Cultural Issues” based on the
STAR format: Situation, Task, Action, and Result.
*The maximum word count is 500 words and single-spaced.
*I have attached a rough draft of my example and the competency instructions. When writing the competency I need to meet a minimum of a level 3 (Intermediate) however, I want to attain level 4/5.
