Your report will be based on the following case:
Refurbishing Heathrow Airport Terminal 1 (Project Management Institute. (2013). Changing the face at the busiest airport in the world through project management. Retrieved from http://www.pmi.org/business-solutions/~/media/PDF/Case%20Study/Heathrow_Airport_Case_Study_New.ashx

Add to the final paper and submit the Problem Definition (1.5 pages) and the Data Collection (1.5 pages) sections. Defining the problem is critical to being able to target the needed change and to measure success. After defining the problem, you must describe the data that you will need to collect to ensure your project will be successful. You will need to cover not only what data you would like to have but also how you would collect/retrieve that data.

Problem Definition Section:
Define the problem in Heathrow Airport Terminal 1. As we know, without identifying what we want to change it is difficult to measure success, and so defining the problem is critical.

Data Collection Section:
You will describe the data that you will need to collect to ensure your project is successful. You will need to cover not only what data you would like to have, but also how you would collect/retrieve that data.

Submission Requirements:
Your paper should be 3 pages in length, and include a cover page and reference page. Include at least three scholarly references (peer-reviewed articles published within the last 5 years, ie www.doi.org articles).
