Examine a leader within your organization, someone who has a formal title and therefore has “power” by virtue of his/her position.
Share your perspective of this leader’s style of management (refer to Chapter 1) and discuss how he/she influences the organization as a whole and his/her staff.
Review the article by Ponte and refer to Table.9 Properties of a Powerful Professional Nursing Practice.
