the OJ Simpson case I want to persuade my audience that OJ Simpson is innocent. I want my audience to look at facts and evidence and make a conclusion from that not from the media and what they believe or feel. The kind of message I need in order to accomplish my purpose has to be a strong decisive message. I have to appeal to reasoning and facts. The branch of rhetoric that my project falls under is past(forensic). Forensic rhetoric is what my paper has to follow. I’m looking at the evidence that proves OJ’s innocence not speculation.
