Interview a PR Professional Essay

For this assignment, you are to interview a public relations practitioner. This professional must hold the position of public relations professional in some form and work for a credible organization. I’d prefer the words public relations be in your professional’s title, but I do understand that some professionals with other titles are responsible for public relations duties. If this is the case, you must get it approved by me.

The important components that must be included in this paper are (HINT: it is likely that each of these components will become a subheading and paragraph in your paper):

– Introduce the practitioner, and include their job description.
– What are they responsible for?
– What is a day in the life of this person like?
– What are some of the unique challenges as well as rewards that this practitioner faces?
– How did this professional break into the field of public relations?
– End the paper with what you learned from this interview and how this was a valuable experience for you.

The assignment should be approximately 3 pages long, using 12 pt. font, 1-inch margins, and double-spacing. While there is no need for a References page, please include a title page, page numbers, and please do use APA formatting (headings/subheadings, etc.).
