My Topic : How can Healthcare companies attract and retain the best talent?
My Sub-problems:
1. Why is finding the best talent difficult in the Healthcare field?

Each week you will find a journal article that deals with your topic. Summaries should
be 1-2 pages. Remember, you are focusing on the research more than the results.
How did the author construct their
methods (e.g., survey, observation, focus group, government data, etc.)? If your
analysis focuses on what the author found rather than how the author found it,
you are on the wrong track. Following the example topic given above, the tools for determining the effective
motivators is more important than what those motivation strategies are found to be. The
articles that you select to review should be varied and use different tools. While most of
the articles that you pick should be peer reviewed, not all of them need to be. Some
can be from trade publications, think tanks, or other similar sources. Unacceptable
sources include newspaper, popular press magazines (e.g., The Atlantic), and blogs.

This class is focused on research, so your
focus should be on research. The methods of research matter more than the results of
research.
