Based on an ethnographic video documentary or your own field experience, you are to describe and analyze an advertisement or covid related document of communication. You may do the viewing and discussing in small groups, but you are to write your own paper. Your instructor will provide you with a list of videos, and guidelines for observation and assessment. THE TOPIC FOR this semester is covid 19 and a new form of communication.

Apply the most relevant ideas of Hall’s High/Low Context Cultural Patterns, Kluckhohn’s Value Orientations, and Hofstede’s Cultural Patterns. Use a number of concepts from each of the theorists.
