In 1000 words or more students will answer the following questions using examples from Spanish, Portuguese or French colonies in the Americas: How was colonialism hierarchical and how did the colonial subjects resist and actively fight against colonialism? In other words who held power in the colonies and how did the powerless resist and fight? Please use specific examples from the articles you were assigned.
