the following is my answer which need to be improved and fix all spelling and grammer mistake. also i would love to have the person understand and the flow of the work great.

Working in a startup company as a director level give you a privilege of leading the department and coordinating with all other departments to set up and start the company. It shows me a glimpse of all business aspect where I get to participate in the initiation of our strategy and creating the company structure. In my paste couple of years, I have been considering a higher education to grow a more in depth and board skill sets to be able to achieve my goals, this moment is the perfect time for me because of the current position where the harder work in my part will be within a year where the construction will start. My next level will be a chief level to gain that leadership position I need the business and leadership skills to help me gain that position and be a fit to it. My background in engineering with experience in development I need these strategy, leadership, finance accounting, corporate finance, business operations and marketing to be able to achieve and perform my goals.
During the summer of 2000, I visited my cousin in AL Khobar east of Saudi Arabia. On day during this summer vacation his dad offer to take us with to his work. he was a developer we went with him to hand over one house to a buyer, I can not forget the look on the buyer’s face. How was he exited to receive his home, the kids were fighting over the rooms who will get which. I started asking all questions regarding his work from finical and operation he answered it is not easy but it is fun. He took us to an ongoing construction project to show us what is it really like to build a house. I was only 13 when I imagined myself to be the best residential developer in Saudi. When we got back to Jeddah, I asked my father to help in his company with the constructions and In 2004 I have completed my first construction project which was a 3 starts hotel Called Manazil albaraka.
Building homes and seeing the happiness of the buyer face was the reason I studied Civil engineering and the reason I left a high well-paid position in the government and it is the same reason I want to get an Executive MBA from HEC Paris at this time which will help me gain skills in leadership and business , interduce me to elite people which will help me in achieving my goals into the executive position and my entrepreneurial thinking.
