Identify empathy research methods appropriate for your challenge

Describe the different types of empathy research you will use (or have used) to answer the questions. They should include:
Observational research – Identify the event, the fan base, and your reason for your selection (Refer to page 36 of your red ESP103 Activity Workbook)
Conversational research – Identify the open-ended questions you will use to explore the beliefs and behaviors of the fans or experts. (Refer to the conversational worksheets in your Workbook)
Immersive research – Identify the methods of immersive research you might conduct in order to answer your research questions. Immersive research may come in the form of Fan Clubs, Documentaries, Reddit / Chat groups, Fantasy sports, and others.
5. Write a paragraph or two about what you hope to learn from your research.
