Every week students are expected to do listening assignments and come to class prepared to discuss what they heard. This ranges from being able to identify different musicians, periods, and regions, as well as discuss the aesthetics of the sounds. These responses should be approximately 3 pages and cover all of the listening assignments for a given week.
