Inventory of needed items and services

F Prepare a list of all items and services you anticipate needing in order to present the Bob Dylan event. A table is available for your use: Inventory and Shopping list-1.docx Specifics matter (not just “glasses” but how many and of what kind – Red wine? White wine? Water? Etc.) You may use only one sit-down dining evening (although the list would not change much from evening to evening), rather than the full five-night program or the hospitality event on the flow (which will require different and additional materials).
In the second column identify two places where these services or items may be secured. Proceed as realistically as possible, so items should be sourced locally whenever possible.
Lastly, what is the relative priority of each of these items or services (on a scale of 1-10 where 10 is absolutely essential, down to 1 which would just be a nice extra.
Purpose: Preliminary to budgeting and project management is the identification of all the items and services you will need to present your event. The items listed here won’t pop up as a surprise budget add-on later, so this is a vital part of planning.
