The Case Assignment will be a 8-10 page (excluding cover page and
references) research essay building upon all Modules from this
course. In considering your own organization where you are employed
(or a previous organization where you were employed), address the
following topics.
-Explore how social media use in a workplace setting can feed into
workplace cyberdeviance. (Module 3 and 7)
-Based on the research literature, explore several key psychology or
technology use related factors that might entice workers to engage in
cyberdeviance in the workplace (Module 6 and 7).
-Discuss how cyberdeviance can be differentiated from cultural
misunderstandings of remote teams (Module 5)
-Explore how your organization has tried to address or prevent
cyberdeviance among employees. (Module 8)
You should use a minimum of 5-7 academic sources (such as from
Touro library) in support of your Capstone Assignment.
